Carmen Electra's Bombshell Babes
Barbara Brudenell-Bruce, CEO of Spoylt Lingerie, is pleased to announce a much anticipated collaboration with Carmen Electra. Spoylt created custom designed costumes for Carmen's new burlesque dance troupe, the Bombshell Babes. "This is the first of many special projects that Spoylt has planned to help differentiate the brand in the ever expanding lingerie market," said Brudenell-Bruce.
Three sultry sets of costumes with Vegas-inspired themes were created by Spoylt's designers in London using silk, ribbons, crystals, French lace, sexy fringe, sequins and tassels. According to Brudenell-Bruce, "the main inspiration for the costumes was Carmen herself, but we wanted to give them a sexy American pin-up girl look." This was achieved by hand customizing Spoylt's Envy and Seduction Collections and adding distinctly unique embellishments to create the Bombshell Babe's trio of seductive of looks:
Queen of Hearts - bright pink silk bras and knickers with crystal and sequin heart nipple tassels and tasseled hot pants. Crystal heart bellychains and customized red fishnet stockings with a tassel on the heel complete the look.
Roulette - pink silk bras and knickers adorned with black, sexy fringe and bow details. Spoylt's signature tool belt customized with rhinestone lettering in each girl's initials and sexy rhinestone suspenders. Rhinestone and fishnet gloves with a rubber fringe and rhinestone whip complete the look.
Vegas - pale green silk (the color of money), trimmed with French lace. Silk and crystal garter belts were used as stocking tops and chokers around the neck. This set includes a rhinestone covered bra and a rhinestone heart that covers the back of the knicker. Rhinestone B's for Bombshell Babes are emblazoned on the garments to add that extra special Spoylt touch to the ensemble.
"Creating my own burlesque dance troupe is a dream come true," said Carmen after performing in looks from the Vegas Collection during a recent appearance on the Carson Daly show, "it brings together two things I adore - dance and sexy lingerie.
